PRODUCT RETURN IN CASE OF PURCHASE IN OFFLINE SHOP

The client has the right to make a return of goods of proper quality during 14 (fourteen) days, except the day of purchase. Return of the goods of proper quality is possible if market condition, all labels, consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact of buying the goods remain. You cannot return the goods which have been used*. Please note that swimsuits cannot be exchanged or returned.

PRODUCT RETURN IN CASE OF PURCHASE IN ONLINE SHOP

The client has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, notifying the sender in advance, and after receiving the goods — within 7 (seven) days** after receiving the goods from the online store. The parcel is sent by any courier company, all shipping costs are carried out by the customer. Return of the goods of proper quality is possible if market condition, all labels, consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact of buying the goods remain. You cannot return the goods which have been used***. Please note that swimsuits cannot be exchanged or returned.

**According to clause 21 of the Russian Federation Government Decree from 27.09.2007 № 612 (ed. from 30.11.2019) 'On approval of the Rules for Sale of Goods by Remote Means', a refund is possible within 7 days after receiving the goods from the online store.
