Payment for the order is carried out using Apple Pay, Google Play, Bank card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, MIR).

  • The owner of the card (It is written in capital English letters on the front of the card. For example, IVANOV IVAN);
  • The card number (It is indicated on the front of the card and consists of 16 numbers. For example, 0123 4567 8901 2345);
  • the expiration date (It is indicated on the front of the card and shows the month and the year when your card expires. The expiration date should be input in numbers. For example, 12 (entered in the month field) и 22 (entered in the year field), which means that the card is valid till December, 2022) CVV2 or CVC2 code (It is written on the back of the card and consists of three numbers. For example, 123).

We send the parcel only after 100% payment on the official website The order formation period is 1-3 working days after payment. After the parcel is transferred to the transport company, the tracking number for tracking the parcel is sent to the email address specified in the order. When filling in the "email" column, check that the input is correct. 

The delivery period begins to be calculated from the first working day after the receipt of the letter with the track number. Days from Monday to Friday are considered working days. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. State, regional and local holidays are taken into account, as well as holidays established on the territory of the delivery country. 

If you refuse the order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

During placing an order to other countries, please switch over of the English version of the website for the accurate cost calculation and order payment. Door-to-door delivery is carried out by a courier at your address provided during placing an order on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 9:00 till 18:00 local time. Be careful filling in the address field, do not make any mistakes and if it is possible, provide all address details. The price and delivery time are calculated individually for each city. ATTTENTION! Orders of clients from distant foreign countries are shipped without taking into account taxes and duties of a country.  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.  We are unable to advise the amount this may be, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to. If you refuse a shipment from NAMELAZZ, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to the warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
