Return Policy

The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, notifying the sender in advance, and after receiving the Goods — within 7 (seven) days* after receiving the goods from the online store. The parcel is sent by any courier company, all shipping costs are carried out by the customer.**

Return of the goods of proper quality is possible if market condition, all labels, consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact of buying the goods remain. You cannot return the goods which have been used.**

THE RETURN OF THE GOODS ON THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 

1. You should send the parcel via any courier or request a return in Namelazz store not later than 7 (seven) days after receiving goods from the online store.  

2. Contact us in our account @namelazz, email - info@namelazz.com, or by calling +7 (922) 138-80-80 within 7 (seven) days after receiving goods from the online store, notifying the sender in advance.

3. Full in the return from. All fields are mandatory.

4. Carefully pack the product, use the original packaging if possible and attach the return form.

5. Send the parcel by any courier company (except Russian Post) at your expense to the address: 620075, Russia, Ekaterinburg, 49 Lenin Avenue, send to the name "Urusova Marina Sergeevna", contact phone +7 (922) 138-80-80.

6. Please inform us of your order number, track number and the name of shipping company which was chosen by account @namelazz, email – info@namelazz.com or by WhatsApp +7 (922) 138-80-80.

*Also you can request a return in Namelazz store. If you didn’t inform us of approval of return, you can return goods on any day till 7:00 p.m. (Moscow time) and within 7 (seven) days after receiving goods from the online store.

PROCESSING TIME OF REFUND

The processing and approval time of returns is 1-2 working days from the time we receive your return parcel. After approval of, return we will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 1 to 7 banking days. In case of problems with the payment, we will contact you for account details. Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing of the transaction by your Bank and can reach 30 banking days.

 WARRANTY PERIOD

Warranty period of Namelazz items is equal to 30 days from the date of purchase. Remedial action period under the warranty policy cannot surpass 45 days.

For seasonal items (such as coat) warranty period is calculated at the start of a certain season and cannot be earlier than the purchase date. Season start date is defined by the Russian Federation subject authorized governmental body based on the climatic conditions of the customer’s place of living.

We recommend you to read the product care instructions which are placed on the hangtag in flypage on our official website Namelazz.com or in wash care instructions card which we put in every parcel. The seller shall have no warranty obligations if the use conditions are violated.

Warranty does not cover the following issues

1. Wearout.

2. Abruption, cut, chafe, cloth burn.

3. Pills formation.

4. Yellowing, oxidation or rust of garment accessories.

5. Other defects caused by violation of use conditions, storage and transportation of items, actions of third parties or force-majeure circumstances.

Garment accessories’ warranty period is equal to the warranty period for the entire item. After expiration of the warranty period if there is a possibility we are ready to supply you, on a fee basis, with the needed accessories for repair.

 

 

 

*According to clause 21 of the Russian Federation Government Decree from 27.09.2007 № 612 (ed. from 30.11.2019) "On approval of the Rules for Sale of Goods by Remote Means", a refund is possible within 7 days after receiving the goods from the online store.
