Payment & Shipping

Upon confirming your order you will be automatically taken to the page of online payment. There you shall carefully input your card details:

the owner of the card (It is written in capital English letters on the front of the card. For example, IVANOV IVAN);
the card number (It is indicated on the front of the card and consists of 16 numbers. For example, 0123 4567 8901 2345);
the expiration date (It is indicated on the front of the card and shows the month and the year when your card expires. The expiration date should be input in numbers. For example, 12 (entered in the month field) и 22 (entered in the year field), which means that the card is valid till December, 2022)
CVV2 or CVC2 code (It is written on the back of the card and consists of three numbers. For example, 123).
At the moment of payment you can save your card details in your account. Further you will be able to pay for purchases in one click.

DELIVERY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Delivery in the Russian Federation is carried out by a courier of the transport company CDEK to your door or to a pick-up point.

Delivery to your door is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 till 18:00 local time at the address provided. Be careful filling in the address field, do not make any mistakes and if it is possible, provide all address details.

Delivery to a pick-up point is carried out to any pick-up point of the company CDEK in your city. The address of a pick-up point can be chosen at placing an order or on the website of the company CDEK. The free period of parcel storage at a pick-up point is 7 days.

The price and delivery time are calculated individually for each city. You can familiarise yourself with tariffs and delivery time at placing an order or consult our manager by calling 8 (800) 707-71-04 (add. 2) or in any convenient way for you;

The period of forming an order is 1-2 working days. All orders, placed on Friday after 12.00 and at the weekend, will be processed and shipped on Monday.

After the shipment a track number will be sent to the e-mail you provided at the moment of placing the order. With the help of the track number you can track your shipment on the website of the company CDEK.

DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES

Delivery to other countries is carried out by the EMS shipping company courier to home or to a pick-up point (if the courier delivery service is not available in your country), or by the DHL shipping company.

  • Shippingwith EMS

Delivery time is not regulated by the company. To find out more about delivery in your country, call a unified EMS reference service number in your country. Be attentive while filling in your address, do not make mistakes and if it is possible, include all address details.

ATTTENTION! Orders of clients from distant foreign countries are shipped without taking into account taxes and duties of a country. The cost of shipping does not include taxes and duties, and you might need to pay them upon receipt or after receipt depending on your country’s tax system.
